Project Overview
We are recruiting product testers for the following Fujicco products:
(1) Umi-no Yasai Shiitake-kombu
(2) Umi-no Yasai Goma-kombu
(3) Umi-no Yasai Shiso-kombu
After using the products, your task is to answer a survey of up to 20 questions, asking you to evaluate the products, suggest other possible uses, and so forth.
As part of the testing, please use the products to make rice balls (onigiri) and eat them.
We will also ask you to upload photos of the rice balls (onigiri) you made using the products. If you share your photos of the dish on social media such as Instagram, that would be especially appreciated (but not required). Please note that your posts (submissions) may be used by the client and Japan Spark on their websites, social media, and print media.
This survey is intended for people from the United States who are living in Japan.

Umi-no Yasai Shiitake-kombu
This product blends thickly-cut kelp strands with the delicious taste of shiitake mushrooms. It's delicious as-is, or you can use it for dishes such as rolled omelet sushi, stir-fry it with shishito peppers, or use it to complement dishes such as oyakodon.
